Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Notice

This COPPA Notice explains how ĀYŌDÈ (The Organization for the Advancement of Youth through Opportunities in Digital Education) complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) in relation to the collection and use of personal information from children under the age of 13.

ĀYŌDÈ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect children’s information.
Children’s data is retained only as long as necessary to provide educational services or as required by applicable law.

ĀYŌDÈ may update this COPPA Notice from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Notice.
