DMCA Policy
Effective Date: May 23, 2026
ĀYŌDÈ respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), including 17 U.S.C. Section 512 where applicable.
1. Reporting Claimed Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA notice to:

To help us review your notice promptly, include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to:

To help us review your counter-notification promptly, include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal or disablement.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of an appropriate court in Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
ĀYŌDÈ may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while a notice is under review and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
