This FERPA Notice explains the rights of students, parents, and educational institutions under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) when using ĀYŌDÈ (The Organization for the Advancement of Youth through Opportunities in Digital Education) Services.

FERPA is a U.S. federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.
