Welcome to ĀYŌDÈ (The Organization for the Advancement of Youth through Opportunities in Digital Education). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ĀYŌDÈ’s website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are an individual who is entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the power to bind that entity, and you hereby agree on that entity’s behalf to be bound by these Terms, with the terms “you,” and “your” applying to you, that entity, and other users accessing the Services on behalf of that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Schools or educational institutions may provide consent on behalf of parents for students under 13, in compliance with applicable laws.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate ĀYŌDÈ, an ĀYŌDÈ employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ĀYŌDÈ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Contributions
Our Services may allow users to submit, post, or display content (“User Contributions”). By providing any User Contribution, you grant ĀYŌDÈ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions.
- All of your User Contributions comply with these Terms.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
For users under 13, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Schools and educational institutions must obtain parental consent before providing us with personal information of students under 13.
8. Payment Terms
If you purchase any services or products from us, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ĀYŌDÈ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ĀYŌDÈ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
